About Hot Air Oven

Hot air oven uses blower to generate heat and re-circulates air inside the chamber at temperature from ambient +40C to 150C, 200C or 250C. Also known as forced air circulating oven, it quickly dries glassware and sterilizes instruments, packaging materials and face masks, like N95. Customers can order this hot air oven in several temperature ranges, construction material and chamber dimensions. Microprocessor based PID temperature controller controls the maximum operating temperature range of 150C, 200C and 250C. The display unit shows both, process value (PV) and set value (SV). It also precisely measures the temperature using RTD PT100 temperature sensor. The blower system driven by the motor circulates forced air. There are sheathed air heaters for heating. The hot air oven comes with temperature protection device (safety thermostat) that keeps oven and samples safe in an event of controller failure.
